Refund policy

About in-stock items
If you return an item within 10 days of receiving it, you will be responsible for the return shipping and restocking fee (20%). All returns must contact us in advance to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please email us at sales@menuproduction.eu or call us at +46 8 684 195 95. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 10 days. Once you receive your Return Authorization Number, please clearly mark the number on the outside of the box for identification purposes. Only items shipped to us within 10 days after you request a return authorization number will be accepted for return. Items being returned will only be accepted if they are in new, unused condition.

Custom and non-stock items cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned.
Custom products are products that are made to order based on the specifications of the customer's order. Non-stock items are products ordered that are not normally stocked. These items are ordered and manufactured specifically for you and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

If an item is found to be defective or if you receive the wrong item, Menu Production will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item. If there is a problem with your order, please notify us within 10 days of delivery.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise and if there is no problem. Credit card refunds will be issued to the card used to make the purchase. Otherwise, refunds will be made by check.
