Are custom sizes available?

Yes, we offer custom sizes. Menu Production can create unique menu covers using custom materials, techniques, and sizes. Contact Menu Depot to discuss your needs and ideas.

Do you stock any menu covers?
Menu Production stocks many of the popular styles of menu covers, but inventory changes quickly, so please call us for the most current availability.

What is the average lead time for orders?
The average lead time for custom products ordered is 5-6 weeks.

What is the average lifespan of a menu cover?
With proper care, they typically last 2 years.

How do I care for my menu cover?
The menu cover should be wiped regularly with a damp (not wet) cloth containing warm water and a few drops of mild detergent. We strongly recommend that you do not use harsh chemicals or abrasives, as they can damage the inner and outer materials.

What is the best way to store menu covers?
To prevent excessive wear of the cover, it is best to store the cover closed and flat. We do not recommend storing the cover vertically, horizontally, or in a box, as the edges of the cover will hit and cause unnecessary damage. Avoid storing the cover in areas exposed to extreme high or low temperatures, such as in a heater or in direct sunlight. This can cause cracking and shrinkage, especially for clear insert sheets.

Can I return the product?
We accept returns on in-stock items. However, custom made items cannot be returned as we must send a digital art proof for approval prior to initiating a custom order.
